Ester García
Nació en 1984 en Cáceres, y creció entre lápices y montones de libros infantiles.
Es licenciada en Bellas Artes por la Universidad de Salamanca, donde descubre la ilustración como vocación. Le gusta contar historias en imágenes, perderse en la naturaleza y viajar cerca y lejos.
Desde 2008 trabaja como ilustradora, principalmente en el campo editorial, donde ha colaborado con editoriales como Nórdica Libros, Kalandraka, Edelvives, Anaya, SM, Lóguez o Thule Ediciones entre otras. Combina esta faceta con exposiciones dentro y fuera de España.
Actualmente reside en Asturias, dibujando fauna, bosques y otros lugares reales o ficticios.

Ester grew up among pencils and piles of children's books. She graduated from the University from Salamanca with a degree in Fine Arts, where she discovered illustration as a vocation. She loves telling stories through images, getting lost in nature, and traveling near and far away from home. She currently resides in Northern Spain, where the fauna and forest she lives amongst pop up in her drawings here and there.
Since 2008, Ester has been a freelance illustrator specialized in the publishing field, working with houses such as Nórdica Libros, Kalandraka, Edelvives, Anaya, SM, Lóguez, or Thule Ediciones, among others.
